daddy and mummy had a nonsense conversation today over the phone... :)

daddy: mummy i wanted to get you slurpee but the machine is spoil... the beverage is not frozen and its hot...
mummy: eh we were talking about insurance... why suddenly you talk about slurpee...
daddy: oh no lah, its one of your favourite drinks and you haven't had one for a long time, so thought of getting for you...
mummy: hmmmm.... then its call sipee loh...
daddy: huh??? what sipee????
mummy: we can slurp when the drink is cold, since now its hot, we can only sip, so its called sipee loh...
daddy: true hor...
daddy and mummy: haehaehaehaehaehaeh....

mummy will introduce this "mind-blowing" beverage to you when you are ready ok baby...

back to work...

hey baby,

mummy is back to work after the 3mths maternity leave. and i misses you so so so much...
we've been "sticking" together 24/7 for the past months and mummy really dread the day where i've to return back to the work force. and today is THE DAY.
you may be too young to express yourself yet but we believe you misses daddy & mummy as much as we do.
mummy had your pictures on the work table so that i can still "see" you during these 10hours. only thing i miss is your usual morning smiles and cuddles. but its alright, we'll make up whatever we lost during weekends ok...
the care arrangement now is to have grandpa and grandma taking care of you when mummy goes to work. they have been "nagging" at mummy to leave you with them during the weekday so to avoid rushing to and fro from work, but wei insisted on bringing you home every night so that we can spend quality time together. it may be tough to shuttle here and there (even so within a stipulated time frame), but every minute we can spend togther counts, no matter how long or how short.
